On Aug. 5, 2026, I ordered the “Rejuva Fresh® 7 in 1 Professional Hydro Dermabrasion Machine Upgraded – Wave 7 in 1” after speaking with their representative. The machine was delivered on Aug 7, and it was flimsy and poorly made when unboxed. I never used the machine and promptly requested a return and refund. Mark refused my request to return the flimsy, unused, falsely advertised machine, citing the company’s no-returns-after-opening-the-box policy. On Aug. 10, another representative called and said he wanted to arrive at a reasonable resolution. I told him I do not want the product and requested a refund. He stated, I had to sign a contract before they would consider accepting a return and refund. THINK: Which fair, honest, and trustworthy company does not accept a return of an unused product, in its original packaging, on the same day the product was delivered? Which fair, honest, and trustworthy company would require a customer to sign an Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) before accepting a return? This has been my personal experience with this company - do not buy from them. Additionally, they require the customer to provide a video showing the unboxing of the merchandise, and then tell you, after the box is open: "We do not accept returns once the box is open." Every good, honest vendor offers a 30-day return and refund policy, especially for unused merchandise. STAY AWAY. Before the company claims I am not a legitimate customer, here is my order number: 21340 - patiently awaiting my refund and to be rid of their flimsy, poorly made product.
